 * Architect and develop modern React + TypeScript front-end applications
 * Design and build scalable backend services using .NET 8 / .NET Core and C#
 * Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions
 * Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
 * Drive implementation of permanent solutions to complex business and technical challenges

Collaboration & Delivery

 * Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Lead sprint planning, technical estimations, and backlog refinement activities
 * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
 * Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery objectives
