## About the Role

* 10 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Informatica PowerCenter ETL solutions.
 * Strong experience with Oracle Database, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
 * Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
 * Experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL workflows, mappings, sessions, and workflows in Informatica.
 * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration, and data transformation processes.
 * Experience troubleshooting ETL failures, data quality issues, and production support incidents.
 * Experience creating and maintaining batch jobs using Automic (UC4) or similar enterprise job scheduling tools.
 * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
 * Experience working with large datasets and high-volume data processing environments.
 * Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and migration methodologies.
 * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira (or Apptio), and DevOps processes.
 * Experience in healthcare, insurance, commissions, or financial services domain is a plus.
 * Experience with ETL test automation tools such as QuerySurge for data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing is a plus.
