## Description

* Drive Experience Architecture: Help define and evolve the digital Customer Experience (CX) portfolio, reference architecture, and multi-product roadmaps.
 * Hands-on Interface & Interaction Design: Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, user journeys, storyboards, and scalable UI components using Figma.
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with product managers, business analysts, domain architects, and software engineering pods to guide designs from discovery to production.
 * Problem Solving & Systems Thinking: Untangle intricate business logic and workflows into streamlined, user-friendly digital tools for enterprise customers and partners.
 * Design System Governance: Maintain and expand design system standards to guarantee usability, visual consistency, and accessibility across all touchpoints.
