* Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required - 20 Years
 * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP) - Required 16 Years
 * Change management documentation with demonstrated writing and editing skills - Required 16 Years
 * Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages and target documents to a variety of audie - Required 16 Years
 * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Required 16 Years
 * Willing to work onsite 4 days a week and DMV based candidates
