 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Providern
 * Gute Kenntnisse in ITIL und modernen IT-Service-Management-Prozessen
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
