Sie analysieren betriebliche Prozesse und Rahmenbedingungen. Die Entwicklung von anwendungsgerechten und benutzerfreundlichen Bedienoberflächen gehört in Ihr Aufgabengebiet ebenso wie das Erstellen von technischen Unterlagen bzw. Handbüchern. Sie sind unter anderem auch für die Beratung zur IT-Sicherheit, dem Datenschutz und der Durchführung von Fernwartungen zuständig.
