 - Betreuung und Wartung von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten
 - Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 - Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen
 - Betreuung unserer Kunden im First- und Second-Level-Support
