## About the Role

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder Studium z.B. der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Rahmen eines alternativen Werdegangs im IT-Bereich

 - Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen nach ISO 27001 oder BSI IT-Grundschutz
 - Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Datenschutz, IT-Governance, IT-Compliance und IT-Risikomanagement sind von Vorteil
 - Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit, selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise, sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigenverantwortung
 - Motiviert und Freude daran in einem Team zu arbeiten und sich einzubringen
 - Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z.B. Notfallplänen) und der Security-Strategie im Unternehmen

 - Aufstellen von Sicherheitszielen im Unternehmen und Monitoring der Sicherheitslage
 - Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von ISMS-Dokumenten (Richtlinien, Nachweise, Prozesse)
 - Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Sicherheits-Audits, Schwachstellenanalysen und Penetrationstests, sowie Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen aus dem jeweils letzten Audit
 - Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des InformationssicherheitsManagementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001 oder vergleichbaren Standards
 - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben (z. B. NIS2, CRA, DSGVO)
 - Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern, Sicherheitsberatern und Behördenkontakten
