 * Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze und Benutzer
 * Betreuung unserer Android-Tablets im Außendienst
 * Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter bei IT-Problemen (Remote und vor Ort)
 * Datensicherung, Updates und IT-Sicherheit
 * Zusammenarbeit mit unserer ERP-Software PDS (alle Büroarbeitsplätze sowie die Zeiterfassung der Monteure laufen über PDS)
