Remote-Betreuung unserer IT-Servicekunden im 2nd-/ 3rd-Level Support

 - Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung der eingehenden IT-Störungen im Ticketsystem
 - Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller IT-Systeme und ihrer Schnittstellen beim Kunden
 - Dokumentation der Probleme und Lösungen, um eine Wissensdatenbank aufzubauen
 - Entwicklung kreativer Lösungsansätze im Helpdesk, zur langfristigen Optimierung technischer Standards und interner Tools
