 - Fundierte Kenntnisse in NLU-Modellen, Conversational Design, ML-Frameworks (z. B. Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch) und Automatisierungslösungen
 - Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (Azure, AWS, GCP) sowie MLOps-, CI/CD- und Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Programmiersprachen wie Python, SQL und idealerweise JavaScript
 - Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, KI-Potenziale zu identifizieren, kritisch zu bewerten und gezielt für innovative Lösungsansätze, fundierte Empfehlungen und messbaren Kundennutzen einzusetzen.

## Description

Als Senior Conversational AI & ML Solution Engineer (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine führende Rolle bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von KI-Lösungen und trägst Verantwortung für Architekturentscheidungen sowie die Leitung von Entwicklungsteams.

 - Architecture: Entwickle Strategien für skalierbare Plattformen und entwirf die zugrunde liegende Architektur für Conversational AI- und GenAI-Systeme.
 - Technical Ownership: Plane und steuere die Implementierung von KI-Lösungen inkl. MLOps/DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD, Cloud-Integration (Azure/GCP/AWS) und Monitoring.
 - Innovation: Berate Kunden zu zukunftsorientierten KI-Lösungen und unterstütze sie bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung datengetriebener Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsmodelle.
 - Team Leadership: Übernimm Führungsverantwortung für ein kleines Team, fördere Wissenstransfer und entwickle Junior-Kolleg:innen weiter.
 - Prototyping & Testing: Begleite Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur produktiven Nutzung und optimiere Modelle, Pipelines und Schnittstellen.
