 - Erstellung und Pflege von Datenmodellen sowie Nutzung von Python und SQL (idealerweise databricks) zur Extraktion relevanter Informationen aus heterogenen Datensätzen
 - Identifikation von Trends und Mustern in operativen Abläufen durch statistische Analysen und Machine-Learning-Techniken
 - Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen und Ableitung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen für Stakeholder
