 - Beratung zu IT-Infrastruktur, Cloudlösungen, Sicherheit & digitalen Strategien
 - Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten - von Presales bis zur Übergabe
 - Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen vor Ort und remote
 - Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Kundenteams
 - Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Übergabeberichte
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Technik und Support
 - Betreuung und Optimierung bestehender Kundenlösungen nach Projektabschluss
 - Mitwirkung an interner Prozessoptimierung und Know-how-Transfer
