## About the Role

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Informatiker:in, Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

 - Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an Kundenprojekten ist ein Plus - du bringst mit, was nötig ist, um Anforderungen zu verstehen, umzusetzen und vor Ort zu arbeiten.
 - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

· Arbeitssprache ist in der Regel Deutsch (mind. C1), Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.

## Description

Du betreust und wartest unsere interne IT-Infrastruktur: Server, Netzwerk, Arbeitsplatzhardware, Cloud- und On-Premise-Services.

 - Du sorgst für Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Performance: Monitoring, Backups, Disaster Recovery und Security-Standards.
 - Du gestaltest die IT-Strategie des Unternehmens aktiv mit und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen.
 - Du unterstützt und leitest IT-Projekte intern und bei Kunden: Rollout, Migration, Integration neuer Systeme oder Tools.
 - Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für interne Nutzer:innen sowie teilnehmend in Kundenprojekten, auch vor Ort oder remote.
 - Du dokumentierst Prozesse, Systeme und Maßnahmen; erstellst Betriebsdokumentationen und Richtlinien.
 - Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Entwicklung, Consulting und Support zusammen.
