Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar)

 - Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten im technischen Kundenkontakt mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
 - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Konfigurationssoftware, Schnittstellen und strukturiertem Testen
 - Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 - Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
 - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Technische Integration, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme unserer Middleware manage.ID in kundenspezifischen Produktions- und IT-Umgebungen unserer namhaften Kunden im In- und Ausland.

 - Verantwortung für die stabile Gesamtfunktion des Systems bestehend aus Software, Etikettierern, Layouts, Firmware und Schnittstellen
 - Durchführung strukturierter Vorabtests sowie Funktions- und Abnahmetests beim Kunden (Größtenteils Remote)
 - Analyse und Klärung von Fehlern im Zusammenspiel von Software, Schnittstellen, Maschinen, Layouts und Kundensystemen
 - Enge Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement, der Softwareentwicklung sowie mit dem Softwaresupport
 - Verständnis für Maschineneinstellungen und Layoutprogramme sowie deren lösungsbezogene Anpassung
 - Mitarbeit an der Standardisierung von Integrationsabläufen, Tests, Dokumentation und Best Practices
