## About the Role

gute IT- und Hardwarekenntnisse sowie im Workplace-Umfeld (insb. HP, Lenovo, Drucker)

 - Erfahrung mit Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad) sowie mit Windows 10 / Windows 11
 - Idealerweise Erfahrung im Großkunden-Umfeld und im Arbeiten mit Incident-Ticketsystemen (ITSM)

## Description

Anwender-Support vor Ort bei Fragen und Störungen rund Hardware-Themen (z.B. iPhone / iPad, Mobile Devices, Scanner und IT-Workplace-Hardware)

 - Durchführung von IMAC-D- und Break-&-Fix-Tätigkeiten im Workplace- sowie Factory
 - Installation, Betankung, Rollout, Lieferung und Aufbau von PCs/Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Kleinperipherie
 - Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
