## Description

Vecoplan bildet Fachinformatiker in der Fachrichtung Systemintegration aus. Die Systemintegration befasst sich mit der Vernetzung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten, der Verwaltung der Telefonanlage sowie der Konfiguration des Netzwerkes und der Server. Fachinformatiker kümmern sich auch um Systemintegration und die Behebung von Fehlern bei eventuellen Störungen. Sie beraten, schulen Benutzer und unterstützen Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zu Hard- und Software.

Aufgaben:

 * Planung, Installation und Betreuung von IT-Systemen

 * Unterstützung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen im gesamten Unternehmen

 * Administration von Netzwerk- und Serverstrukturen

 * Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Netzwerkzugängen und Benutzerkonten

 * Mitwirkung in IT-Projekten, z. B. Modernisierung von Systemen oder

 * Einführung neuer Tools

 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Support

 * Dokumentation von Systemen und Abläufen
