## Description

Einrichtung, Wartung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen wie Clients, Peripherie, Druckern und mobilen Geräten

 - Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Netzwerkkomponenten wie Switches, Routern und WLAN sowie unserer Telekommunikationsanlagen, zum Beispiel Cloud-Telefonie und Notrufanlagen
 - Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs in unseren Einrichtungen
 - Fehleranalyse und -behebung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 - Remote-Support unserer Mitarbeiter\*innen vor Ort
 - Dokumentation von Systemen und Prozessen
 - Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten wie Rollouts, Standortanbindungen und Infrastrukturmodernisierungen
