## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-/ITK-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in, IT-Systemelektroniker:in, Techniker:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung in IT- oder Telekommunikationsprojekten, insbesondere im Bereich mobile Kommunikation, TK- und Netzwerktechnologien (inkl. VoIP)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Umgebungen und Applikationen
 * Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse von ITK-Systemen gängiger Hersteller (avaya, Siemens, Alcatel, Innovaphone, Mitel, Detewe)
 * Ebenfalls von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Alarmserveranwendungen sowie mit Lichtruf- und Brandmeldesystemen
 * Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) sind zwingend erforderlich

* Integration & Umsetzung: Sie integrieren die Lösungen unseres Auftraggebers in bestehende IT-Landschaften und setzen Projekte in den Bereichen Telekommunikation, Netzwerke und Prozesssysteme um
 * Technische Verantwortung: Sie planen, nehmen in Betrieb und betreuen Plattformen in komplexen IT-Umgebungen
 * Beratung & Support: Sie beraten Kunden bei der Anbindung von Anwendungen und Prozessen und leisten technische Unterstützung
 * Teamwork: Sie arbeiten eng mit Sales, Solution Design, Projektmanagement und weiteren Teams zusammen, um Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen
