Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

 - Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung moderner Datenplattformen (z. B. Cloud Data Platforms, Data Lakes, Lakehouse-Architekturen).
 - Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenmanagement und Data Governance sowie im Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie z.B. IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud).
 - Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Advanced Analytics, KI-Anwendungen und Automatisierung von Prozessen.
 - Souveränes Arbeiten an Schnittstellen zwischen Fachbereich, Architektur und IT - Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich vermitteln.
 - Strategisches Denken, konzeptionelle Stärke und Pragmatismus in der Umsetzung zeichnen Dich ebenso aus wie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an interdisziplinärer Teamarbeit.
 - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Level).
