## Description

1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (remote und vor Ort)

 - Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen inkl. On- & Offboarding
 - Analyse, Lösung und Dokumentation von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 - Administration von Usern und Endgeräten (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
 - Pflege des lokalen IT-Asset-Managements
 - Unterstützung von Client-, Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, VPN, Drucker)
 - Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts innerhalb der YKK Germany Group
 - Zusammenarbeit mit dem YKK Europe IT-Team (London) unter Einhaltung der EMEA IT-Richtlinien
