* Unterstützung unserer Systemadministratoren und aktive Mitarbeit in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der i-unit Unternehmensgruppe
 * Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen für unsere IT-gestützten Prozesse
 * Mitwirkung bei der Einführung sowie der stetigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Intranets, der CRM-Software sowie aktuell laufender Inhouse-Projekte
 * Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Benchmarkanalysen sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen
 * Aktive Unterstützung bei Problemstellungen im operativen Geschäft der Systemnutzer
