## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung

 * Erfahrung im Großkunden-/Enterprise-Umfeld und im Arbeiten mit Incident-Ticketsystemen (ITSM), idealerweise ServiceNow
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Körperlich belastbar: in der Lage, mehr als 5 kg zu tragen
 * Führerschein Klasse B, Schaltwagen erforderlich

 * Be an early applicant, * Anwender-Support vor Ort sowie remote bei Fragen und Störungen rund um iPhone/iPad, Mobile Devices, Scanner und IT-Workplace-Hardware
 * Durchführung von IMAC-D- und Break--Fix-Tätigkeiten im Workplace- sowie Factory/Shopfloor-Umfeld
 * Installation/Betankung, Rollout, Lieferung und Aufbau von PCs/Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Kleinperipherie
 * Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im ITSM-Tool (idealerweise ServiceNow), * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
