Als Fachinformatiker/-in setzt Du fachspezifische Anforderungen in komplexe Hard- und Softwaresysteme um. Du analysierst, planst und realisierst IT-Systeme und stehst Kunden und Benutzern für die fachliche Beratung, Betreuung und Schulung zur Verfügung., Systemarchitektur, Hardware und Betriebssysteme

 - Programmiertechniken, Installation und Konfiguration
 - Netze, Dienste, Datenschutz und Systempflege
 - Anwenderberatung und Anwender spezifische Systemlösung
 - Werbung und Verkaufsförderung, Planung und Organisation
 - Allgemeine kaufmännische Abläufe
