Mitarbeit im Team IT Site Support für den Danfoss Standort Flensburg

 - Remote & On-Site Service Desk Support (1st & 2nd Level)
 - Bearbeitung von Tickets in ServiceNow
 - Fehleranalyse und -behebung für Laptops, Desktop-PCs, Drucker, Mobiltelefone
