## Description

We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for business-critical enterprise applications. The role involves production support, incident management, stakeholder engagement, system integration support, and compliance-related access management. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across multiple technology stacks, the ability to manage production incidents effectively, and excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders., * Provide end-to-end production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues within defined SLAs.

 * Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and support tickets.
 * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
 * Act as the primary technical liaison between business users and technology teams.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and technical initiatives.
 * Support access governance activities, including Periodic Access Reviews (PAR), and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
 * Communicate issue status, impact, and resolution plans to business and technical stakeholders.
 * Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
