## About the Role

* Strong infrastructure engineering and troubleshooting experience.
 * Experience with Storage and Compute/Virtualization environments.
 * Hands-on experience with server and VM migrations.
 * Experience with data center migrations, exits, consolidations, or infrastructure transformation projects.
 * Strong understanding of infrastructure build, testing, cutover, and decommissioning processes.
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.
 * Strong communication and documentation skills.
 * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during scheduled migration windows.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to support a Data Center Exit program across Storage and Compute/Virtualization workstreams. The role will focus on infrastructure migrations, environment builds, testing, cutovers, validation, and decommissioning while ensuring business continuity and minimizing operational risk., * Support storage, server, and virtual machine migrations.

 * Build and configure infrastructure environments required for migration.
 * Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.
 * Perform migration testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
 * Execute cutover activities and provide post-migration support.
 * Perform post-migration validation and infrastructure decommissioning.
 * Coordinate closely with application, infrastructure, and business teams.
 * Troubleshoot issues during migration and resolve them with minimal production impact.
 * Maintain migration documentation, procedures, and status updates.
 * Participate in evening and weekend migration/cutover activities as required.
 * Support migration activities scheduled almost every weekend through August 2027., Primarily standard business hours, with regular evening/weekend work required for migration and cutover activities through August 2027
