* Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
 * 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
 * Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Experience supporting banking, treasury management, financial operations, payment processing, or wire transfer applications.
 * Knowledge of domestic and international wire transfer workflows.
 * Experience working with approval-based workflow applications.
 * Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements within financial services.
 * Experience supporting .NET-based application development teams.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
 * Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and relational databases.
 * Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
