Previous experience optimizing high-volume outbound dialers tied to AI agents ## Description We are seeking an on-site Mid-Level Voice AI Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in North Dallas. In this role, you will own the technical execution of our voice automation stack, focusing on building high-performing inbound/outbound sales/scheduling and customer service agents. Deep hands-on production experience with Retell AI is a strict requirement.
