## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
 * Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications
 * Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning.
 * Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
 * Should be able to support and guide the team.
 * Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
 * Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients
 * Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need.
 * Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
 * Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
