 * AI/GenAI: GenAI Assistants, Conversational Applications, RAG Solutions, Autonomous AI Agents

 * Testing & Optimization: Front-End Automated Testing, Performance Optimization, Analytics Instrumentation, Secure Coding

 * Experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare., * Ability to collaborate effectively in an onsite-offshore model.

 * Ability to influence, guide, and mentor junior team members.

 * Strong stakeholder communication, design presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy intuitive, accessible, and responsive UX for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions.

 * Combine UX research and UI design expertise with hands-on frontend development.

 * Develop applications using React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

 * Design interfaces for GenAI assistants, conversational applications, RAG solutions, and autonomous AI agents.

 * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend development teams.

 * Create reusable design systems, component libraries, and accessible interfaces.

 * Provide technical leadership and guide UX/UI engineering initiatives.
