## Description

Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten

 - Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen (Break & Fix)
 - Durchführung von IMAC-Dienstleistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change)
 - Rollout und Austausch von IT-Hardware
 - Einrichtung und Support von Windows-Clients sowie mobilen Endgeräten
 - Unterstützung der Anwender vor Ort (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 - Anbindung von Arbeitsplätzen an Netzwerk und Drucksysteme
 - Dokumentation der Einsätze und Ticketbearbeitung
 - Abstimmung mit dem Service Desk (Dispo)
 - Einhaltung von Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
 - Beratung der Kunden bei IT-Fragen und Sicherstellung eines professionellen Kundenservices.
