Weiterentwicklung unserer webbasierten Prüfanwendung in Abstimmung mit IT, Marketing und Projektmanagement

 - Unterstützung bei funktionalen Tests und Qaulitätssicherung
 - Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Teams (Hotline-Team) für alle Anfragen rund um die Prüfanwendung
 - Datenmanagement und Optimierung von Kundenreportings
 - Wahrnehmung von Kundenterminen zur Präsentation von Produktfunktionen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
