Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung Microsoft basierter Infrastrukturen (Windows Server, AD, M365, DNS, DHCP, GPO u. a.)

 - Installation, Migration und Fehleranalyse von Exchange On Premises und Exchange Online
 - Betreuung und Optimierung von Terminalserver /RDS Umgebungen
 - Analyse und Behebung komplexer Client Störungen (Windows Clients, Outlook, Profilprobleme etc.)
 - Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Tickets sowie nachhaltige Ursachenanalyse
 - Dokumentation von Systemen, Änderungen und Prozessen
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung technischer Lösungen
