 - Benutzerverwaltung sowie Einrichtung von Hard- und Software
 - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs an mehreren Standorten
 - Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen (First- und Second-Level-Support)
 - Wartung, Pflege und Dokumentation der IT-Systeme
 - Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
 - Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzvorgaben
 - Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der medialen Außenwirkung der Einrichtung, inbesondere durch eine einheitliche, zielgruppengerechte Darstellung in digitalen und klassischen Medien.
