 - Installation und Netzwerkanbindung von Büro-, Druck- und Multifunktions-Systemen, Einweisungen und Inbetriebnahme dieser Systeme beim Kunden
 - Mitarbeit im 1st-Level-Support und Remote-Services
 - Zusammenarbeit mit dem vertrieblichen Außendienst zur Entwicklung von kundenorientierten Infrastrukturlösungen und bedarfsgerechter Dienstleistungsvermarktung
