## Description

Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden rund um ERP-, POS- und Shopsysteme (z. B. JTL, PlentyONE, HIOPOS)

 - Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets (Jira o. ä.) im First- und Second-Level
 - Analyse, Einrichtung und Fehlerbehebung von Hard- und Software
 - Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung individueller Kundenlösungen
 - Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Entwicklung & Vertrieb - als Bindeglied zwischen Technik & Praxis
 - Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Dokumentation und Know-how-Transfer im Team
