## About the Role

(Junior) IT Associate (m/w/d)/ IT-Allrounder (m/w/d)

Als (Junior) IT Associate (m/w/d) betreuen Sie ein spannendes kreatives Aufgabenfeld und haben Freude an den folgenden Tätigkeiten:

 - 1st Level Support für die Mitarbeiter/innen im Innen- und Außendienst bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (Schwerpunkt iPad, Windows 11, MS Office 365, CRM-System, Drucker)
 - Anwenderunterstützung bei allen Anwendungen - von Standardlösungen, wie MS-Office bis hin zu speziellen Programmen und Tools
 - Deployment, Konfiguration und Desktops und iPads
 - Installation und Konfiguration von Anwendungssoftware
 - Teilnahme an IT-Projekten (z.B. Einführung neuer Software nach Konzernrichtlinien)
 - Abwicklung IT-interner Verwaltungsprozesse (u. a. Verwaltung von Hardware, Incident Management)

Sie verfügen idealerweise über:

 - erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ähnliche Qualifikation
 - Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Betriebssysteme (Windows 11), MS Office, Outlook, Netzwerk (TCP/IP) und idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Systemen im pharmazeutischen Umfeld (GxP)
 - verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 - Freude an der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Dokumentationen sowie der Umsetzung von behördlichen Anforderungen und Konzernrichtlinien
 - sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
 - hohe Affinität für analytische Fragestellungen
 - kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und hohe Eigenmotivation
