## About the Role

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Medizininformatik; alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Basis einer tätigkeitsnahen Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.

 - Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung in C#, .NET, und idealerweise Blazor für die Entwicklung moderner Webanwendungen.
 - Erfahrung oder Interesse an FHIR sowie Grundkenntnisse zu LOINC und SNOMED CT; du solltest verstehen, wie semantische Modelle die Interoperabilität im Gesundheitswesen fördern.
 - Erfahrung mit MongoDB und einem grundlegenden Verständnis für dokumentenbasierte Datenstrukturen.
 - Vertrautheit mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen und Atlassian-Tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).
 - Freude daran, in einem Umfeld zu arbeiten, das kontinuierliches Lernen und Wissensaustausch fördert; falls dir einige der oben genannten Tools und Standards neu sind, sehen wir eine große Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung als wesentliche Voraussetzung.

## Description

Technische Entwicklung von Gesundheitsanwendungen: Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Modulen unserer Blazor-basierten SPA im .NET Umfeld, wobei du eine klare, modulare Architektur und Wiederverwendbarkeit im Blick behältst.

 - Datenfluss und -integration im Gesundheitswesen: Implementierung von Schnittstellen und Workflows unter Berücksichtigung des FHIR-Standards, um den Datenfluss zwischen Systemen zu optimieren. Idealerweise bringst du ein Grundverständnis für semantische Modelle wie LOINC und SNOMED CT mit.
 - Microservices und Skalierbarkeit: Entwurf und Skalierung von Microservices, orchestriert durch Kubernetes, um eine stabile, skalierbare Gesundheitsplattform zu gewährleisten.
 - DevOps-gestützte CI/CD-Pipelines: Nutzung des Atlassian Toolsets, einschließlich Bitbucket für Versionskontrolle, Bamboo für CI/CD und Jira und Confluence für eine nahtlose Entwicklungsplanung und Dokumentation.
 - Gestaltung eines technischen Baukastens: Mitarbeit an einem wiederverwendbaren Komponentenbaukasten für die Entwicklung zukünftiger Gesundheitsanwendungen und -module.
