Tasks * Lead complex, global digital transformation and IT initiatives with high strategic importance, from target operating model definition and ideation through MVP development, implementation, scaling, and sustainable adoption * Develop robust business cases and ensure that initiatives are not only delivered successfully but also achieve their intended business and organizational outcomes * Define clear target states, create execution roadmaps, and manage delivery across quality, timeline, budget, and value realization.
