## About the Role

* Current Epic Certification (any module required)
 * At least one full end-to-end Epic implementation experience
 * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic system functionality
 * Experience with build, testing, and go-live support
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% as needed

## Description

* Support Epic implementation, optimization, and/or upgrade initiatives
 * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
 * Build, test, and validate Epic system configurations
 * Participate in workflow design, system design, and integration discussions
 * Support testing efforts including unit, system, and integrated testing
 * Assist with go-live planning, support, and post-go-live stabilization
 * Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
