## About the Role

* Technical support: 1 years (Preferred)
 * At least 1 year of corporate hardware and asset management
 * Ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks according to SLA
 * Ability to effectively prioritize escalations and daily workload
 * Ability to problem solve technology related issues.
 * Ability to identify and implement process procedures and documentation, * Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

## Description

* PC Build / Repair - Installing desktop hardware, software and peripherals as needed
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement, make formalized proposals, and engage in training and implementation
 * Research and make recommendations on hardware standards (e.g. new phone or laptop models)
 * Resolve tickets according to SLAs
 * Prioritize and drive hardware escalations to resolution
 * Accurately maintain tickets in a timely manner
 * Deploy, maintain, and repair technology equipment (Win, Mac, IOS and Android based)
 * Create and update documentation for all work aspects
 * Perform helpdesk tasks and assist employees with any IT related issues related to hardware
 * Image machines and handle device accounts in AD
 * Complete warranty work on damaged equipment
 * Ensure asset inventory records are updated in relation to ticket resolution
 * Coordinate shipping/handling of hardware
 * Provide hardware related customer service and troubleshooting support
 * Manage building tech inventory and follow technology standards and practices.
 * Aid IT Services Manager with various projects or tasks.
 * Assist with hardware disposal
 * Duties as assigned.
