Soft Skills * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive issues and influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions. * Strong project management, team leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. * Strong communication and presentation skills. ## Description The Senior IT Program Manager will lead cross-functional project teams responsible for building software solutions that integrate common services across a broad application portfolio and other enterprise systems. This role is critical to ensuring that application integrations are built on modern technologies using industry-leading architecture patterns and security best practices, driving successful adoption across the organization. This is a project/program leadership role for a full lifecycle Project/Program Manager, not a standalone Scrum Master position. Key Responsibilities * Own successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and error-free. * Manage the planning and execution of project team members across the full project lifecycle. * Develop and maintain the project charter, communications plan, metrics, reporting, and overall project plan and budget. * Support project teams from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages. * Build and maintain project management schedules, using professional tools and techniques for reporting, tracking, checklists, and scheduling. * Lead change management efforts and drive timely, effective decision-making. * Maintain detailed schedules reflecting affected components, functions, timelines, and cost impacts of changes. * Partner with team members across multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates. * Monitor project progress, proactively communicate issues to affected areas, and ensure appropriate steps are in place to meet schedules. * Recommend solutions and alternatives when project challenges arise. * Guide teams through the creation of project charters, including scope alignment and ways of working.
