Experience with receivables products such as Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, Cash Application, Electronic Receivables, ACH, Wire, ERP integrations, or related Treasury Management solutions is highly desirable., * Experience with Treasury Management receivables products, including: o Lockbox o Integrated Receivables o Cash Application o Electronic Receivables o ACH, Wire and Instant Payments Payments o Payment Matching and Reconciliation o ERP Integrations * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar Agile certification. * Experience working with commercial banking clients. * Familiarity with digital user experiences, ERP connectivity, API-based integrations, or digital treasury platforms. * Experience supporting product modernization, automation, or workflow transformation initiatives., Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based anywhere within the PNC footprint, near an office location., * Serve as Product Owner for one or more Receivables product initiatives. * Own and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and sprint planning activities. * Partner closely with technology teams, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. * Support the development and execution of the Receivables product roadmap. * Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. * Partner with Product Managers to evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, client feedback, and strategic priorities., * Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. * Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value. * Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value. * Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions. * Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
