## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or commercial proposal development (Bachelor's degree preferred).
 * Expert knowledge of AJAX®, Gemini®, or Superior® engines and compressors.
 * A relationship builder - you earn customer trust and keep it.
 * Strong mechanical aptitude and sharp troubleshooting instincts.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM, and SAP.
 * Committed to safety, customer service quality, and working as part of a team.
 * Willing to travel up to 30% across the Oklahoma City service territory.

PREFERRED

 * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
 * A results-oriented, dependable teammate who's just as comfortable on a site walk as in a proposal review.

## Description

* Coordinate sales activities for AJAX®, Gemini®, and Superior® opportunities - lead generation, prospecting, and customer follow-up - to keep sales cycles moving.
 * Maintain accurate CRM records for Oklahoma City accounts, tracking pipeline status and every customer interaction.
 * Support inside sales representatives in resolving customer issues and following up on open quotes and orders.
 * Stay current on AJAX®, Gemini®, and Superior® product developments, industry trends, and competitor activity to sharpen proposals and customer conversations.
 * Visit customer sites to qualify overhaul opportunities, walk the equipment, and pin down the bill of materials - including site-specific or custom parts.
 * Prepare and support quotations for parts, service, and overhaul work alongside the sales and commercial teams.
 * Provide hands-on technical expertise and answer field and customer questions on maintenance and operations.
 * Support the Ask Cooper function for AJAX®, Gemini®, and Superior® equipment.
 * Serve as the customer's advocate and field support for AJAX®, Gemini®, and Superior® projects across the Oklahoma City territory.
