Preferred Additional Skills * Experience supporting airborne or ground-based ISR/EW systems. * Familiarity with threat libraries, mission data or intelligence support products. * Experience with MATLAB, Python, C++ or other technical analysis/programming tools. * Knowledge of model-based system engineering (MBSE), requirements management and systems engineering processes. * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS for requirements and workflow management. * Understanding of radar systems, threat emitters, electromagnetic spectrum operations and RF propagation. * Knowledge of digital signal processing, waveform analysis and emitter parameter extraction. ## Description L3Harris is seeking an ELINT Systems Engineer to support analysis, design, development, integration, and test of electronic intelligence systems supporting advanced RF, radar, and threat signal characterization efforts. This role supports the identification, collection, processing, and assessment of complex emitter signals and supports mission system development across the full engineering lifecycle.
