The technology organization is building a more structured Project Management Office designed to improve project visibility, accountability, prioritization, and execution while maintaining the flexibility required in a fast-moving environment. This Project Manager will join a small, collaborative PMO and initially support a major enterprise systems initiative before taking ownership of additional technology integrations and high-priority projects. The environment is well suited to a practical project leader who communicates openly, surfaces risks early, and keeps teams focused on measurable business outcomes.
