This role is ideal for an experienced software development leader who enjoys solving complex production challenges, mentoring technical teams, and driving continuous improvement across software quality and operational processes. You'll serve as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor while partnering with development, QA, and business teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
