## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field
 * 1-3 years of experience supporting or working with ERP systems
 * Understanding of ERP processes, such as procurement, inventory, material resource planning, production operations or supply chain
 * Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar
 * Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes
 * Good communication and documentation skills
 * Ability to work with both business users and technical teams
 * Familiarity with system testing, data validation, reporting, and user support

You will be the ERP Business Analyst for the Enterprise Applications Team. Our team is responsible for designing, customizing, and supporting SAP and PeopleSoft enterprise solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

As the ERP Business Analyst you will be responsible for translating business needs into functional system designs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 * Gather and document functional requirements for SAP/PeopleSoft enhancements.
 * Design and configure system solutions to meet business objectives.
 * Develop test plans, execute testing, and validate system changes.
 * Collaborate with developers and support teams to resolve production issues.
 * Serve as a subject-matter expert on enterprise application processes and best practices.
