* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; or experience in application development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Software development experience in any two of the following areas:
 + Web and API development using the .NET stack
 + UI technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, etc.
 + Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
 * In-depth knowledge of:
 + Web Services
 + XML
 + JSON
 + HTTP
 + SSL
 + TCP/IP
 + Caching
 * Experience with Azure DevOps workflows.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies.
 * Experience with SQL Server services.
 * Strong knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedures.
 * Experience with database optimization.
 * Experience with source control using Git.
 * Ability to learn new coding languages and technologies.
